FlowMonitor is committed to the privacy of those who participate in our surveys.

The following are the basic guidelines by which we operate our Internet research programs:

  1. All information collected in our surveys will be used only for research purposes.
  2. We do not sell any personal information we collect to any other third party.  We will also never try to sell anything to our survey participants.
  3. Our online surveys will sometimes ask for contact information such as an email address.  This information will only be used to contact prize winners or, if you indicate that we may re-contact you, to invite you to participate in other research such as a focus group conduct over the telephone.
  4. For all other purposes, we use only aggregated data or data from which all personally identifiable information has been removed.
  5. We take reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of all information our participants provide.
  6. Participants have the ability to opt-out from receiving further communications from us and remove their information from our databases at any time.
  7. Individuals under the age of 14 are not eligible for our surveys without the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.
